SIG launches a searchable member directory
The SIG now has a searchable member directory.
Each entry lists a member’s institution, role, and website, plus two sets of tags: social work topics (mental health, child welfare, housing, racial justice, and sixteen more) and AI/data science methods (NLP, machine learning, LLMs, geospatial AI, and ten more). Members also indicate what they are open to, such as collaboration, mentoring, or speaking.
The tags are filterable, so it is possible to pull up, for example, every member who works on immigration and uses NLP, with contact information on each entry.
Joining takes about two minutes through a Google Form. New entries appear on the site automatically. If your interests change, submit the form again and we will update your entry.
